A new organisation for the 2026/2027 season

For the 2026/2027 season, the CFS is changing the way personalised race bibs are produced (see the 2026/2027 regulations).

As every season, each organiser will provide its own artwork (BAT) for its event’s bibs.

This change aims in particular to protect our race sites and reduce plastic waste.

#1 Riders

Organisers will continue to provide bibs to riders who request one.

For a personalised bib, riders must use a CFS-approved provider.

The list of approved providers will be available on courses-sur-sable.fr, under Championship / Bib Numbers, and updated throughout the season.

#2 Providers

From the 2026/2027 season, BAT files will no longer be publicly available.

Providers wishing to offer CFS-branded bibs or printed jerseys must obtain CFS approval.

This approval ensures:

• compliance with the CFS graphic guidelines;
• product quality;
• a more environmentally responsible approach.

#3 Becoming an approved provider

1. Contact promoteur@courses-sur-sable.fr
2. Receive the application file and the required materials.
3. Once approved, your company will be added to the list of approved providers.

The list will be regularly updated on courses-sur-sable.fr, under Championship / Bib Numbers.

#4 A process designed for riders and our race sites

This new organisation aims to provide riders with quality personalised bibs while protecting the natural sites hosting CFS events.
